Yes. Mainstay is a curated nutrition shop offering products from independent brands alongside our digital GLP-1 guide. We are a retailer, not the manufacturer. Product pages identify the brand and provide product information so you can choose what fits.
Is Mainstay a medical provider?

How do I receive the guide?
The guide is delivered as a digital download after purchase. Check the email address used at checkout, including your spam folder. If access does not arrive, contact Mainstay with your order number.
How does the free-guide offer work?
Add any two eligible products as one-time purchases and add the digital guide to the same cart. Eligible products are the Meal Boosters Parmesan, Cheesy Cheese, and White Cheddar blends, Potion Hydration Yuzu Electrolyte Powder, and Upgraded Magnesium. The probiotic is not included in this offer.
The guide discount applies automatically. It does not apply to subscription purchases or combine with other discounts. Confirm that the guide is free in your cart before checkout. You do not need to buy extra products if you only want the guide; it is also sold separately.
Do I have to subscribe?
No. One-time purchases are available. Eligible products also have an optional subscription offering 15% off with delivery every four weeks. Review the recurring price and schedule before selecting a subscription. The free-guide promotion applies to eligible one-time purchases.
How are physical products shipped?
Physical products are fulfilled by their respective suppliers through Shopify Collective. Products from different suppliers may arrive in separate packages. Available shipping options and charges appear at checkout. For delivery or return questions, contact Mainstay before sending an item back.
Will these products treat a condition or prevent medication side effects?
We do not promise weight loss, symptom relief, or prevention of medication side effects. Questions about symptoms, treatment, or medication belong with your prescriber or pharmacist.
